The Gay-Straight Alliance is a social and active club on the Skyline College campus, and is an organization of students and staff who are committed to nurturing the LGBTQQIA community through:
- Work together with the college and the community in order to increase understanding and acceptance of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals in society.
- Educate and promote mature dialogue around sexual orientation and other issues of concern to the college community.
- Provide a constructive forum where members of the community can express themselves without binding claim to sexual orientation.
- Create and maintain a safe environment for the support, education, and assistance of ALL students.
